There is no more fitting style that the Oregon-born Col IPA style that is currently causing a stir in brewing world. Cold fermented for extra crispness in the base, the style reaches into the past with assertive bitterness and layers contemporary juicy hops on top. Expect bright citrus, berry and tropical notes – you will not be disappointed.
