Our small batch experimental brews are a playground for brewers to bring their most creative ideas to life. Brewer Shannon Drieson created Blue Butterfly saison, a barrel aged dry hopped Saison. The blue butterfly is a symbol of Spirit speaking through transformation and change. In some cultures, spotting a blue butterfly is thought to bring sudden good luck and imminent transformation. This beer too transforms and changes as it is aged with Brett in oak barrels and then finally dry hopped.
