Living The Dream is a brand new IPA which is one part of a two part series. This series aims to highlight how changing something as simple as the yeast strain can drastically impact the final beer.
Living The Dream is fermented with our house hazy yeast strain and dry-hopped with a Simcoe heavy lineup that features Simcoe Cryo Hops™, Citra LUPOMAX, Simcoe, Citra and Galaxy. And what a lineup it is! Notes of soft pineapple, juicy citrus fruits and a distinctly Galaxy passionfruit finish. This mouthfeel and overall balance of this one is extremely soft which allows ultimate sessionability without compromising on beautiful hop expression or signature Range flavour.
